The minimum notice period for each booking varies depending on the conditions and services the user wishes to book. This is shown on the booking details on this website. PALACIO MÁRMOLES informs the user that it is not possible to book with less time in advance than indicated in the description of each service.
Specific conditions related to booking details
The date, check-in and check-out times, price and all the information related to the services booked are detailed in the description of each service on this website, as well as in the confirmation email sent to the user by PALACIO MÁRMOLES once the booking has been confirmed.
In the confirmation email, in addition to providing all the information about the service booked, PALACIO MÁRMOLES may send a booking receipt.

Contract’s economic conditions
The contracting of PALACIO MÁRMOLES’s services will be considered official once the user has completed and accepted the booking and the company has confirmed it. Prior to this, the user must have duly completed the booking process and paid for the booking.
The prices are those indicated by PALACIO MÁRMOLES at the time of the booking chosen by the user. All services will be confirmed immediately and are payable by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by PayPal when booking.
PALACIO MÁRMOLES generally charges the full price of the room or service booked by the user through this website. Nonetheless, it is possible to pay just a part of the full price for certain services when booking, and the rest of it can be paid after completion of the service.
These prices are expressed in euros (€) and the total amount will be indicated on the final confirmation of the booking.
PALACIO MÁRMOLES does not offer any discounts for its services, unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.
After the booking, the user will receive an email confirming the payment of the contracted service and will be provided with a purchase receipt. This purchase receipt is not an invoice of the contracted services. The user can request an invoice after completing and paying the booking through the website.
The user can download the documents regarding the contracted services directly from the website. If the booking is canceled, PALACIO MÁRMOLES will send the user the pertinent amending documents.
MÁRMOLES DIEZ, S.L. will issue an invoice according to the Spanish Royal Decree 1619/2012, of 30 November, approving the regulation governing invoicing obligations.
PALACIO MÁRMOLES must be notified of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for the booking on info@palaciomarmoles.com as soon as possible so PALACIO MÁRMOLES can take the necessary measures
Cancellation policy
Notwithstanding the rights of the user with regard to cancellations of hotel services that may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised version of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, the “General Law for Consumers and Users”), every service offered by PALACIO MÁRMOLES on this website has a specific cancellation policy which the user may consult in the service description found on the website as well as in the confirmation email sent by PALACIO MÁRMOLES once the booking has been made.
Therefore, for each service, specific cancellation conditions will apply. These will establish the cancellation period and whether or not there will be any sanctions.
PALACIO MÁRMOLES will ultimately handle cancellations in accordance with the cancellation policy of each service.
In the event that there is no availability for the booked date, an alternative date or time will be offered to the user, which must be accepted or rejected by them within 72 hours of the notification. If no reply is received within the established period or if the modification is rejected, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid will be immediately refunded to the user.
In any case, PALACIO MÁRMOLES will issue the pertinent amending documents.
In accordance with the aforementioned, and by accepting these general conditions of use, the user declares that they have thoroughly read and accepted this cancellation policy and agrees to the cancellation conditions of the service they book through the website.
